First off we have my library books. I know you're gasping in surprise at how few books I've gotten from the library in the past two or three weeks, but if we're going for full disclosure then you should know my library was closed for an entire week :P

I've really been wanting to read this one since I finished Nevermore. I just felt like I needed some more Poe-based books in my life!

The Curse of the Wendigo by Rick Yancey

I really enjoyed The Monstrumologist and when the sequel was just sitting there on the shelf I figured "why not?"

I got these books from Sarah at The Book Life from a trade and her general awesomeness.

I really enjoyed the first Horten's and Sarah was kind enough to send me the second :]

I while back I won a $25-for-books giveaway and was sent a Visa gift card. Then I went to Half Price and got all these for around $20 :D

Various volumes of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga

All of these were on clearance, so I ended up getting seven of them for about $13!

Second Helpings by Megan McCafferty

I don't actually own the first one yet, but I read it and loved it and decided I really wanted the second on hand for next time I felt like a good contemp.

The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han

I've been wanting to read this series for ages so I'm glad to finally own a copy :D

And then we have all the books I got for free which basically means giveaways save for Dragon's Tooth which I purchased with Buzz Bucks (speaking of, if you're not signed up with Random Buzzers I have to codes that you use with sign up that'll give you a free book! Just let me know if you want one and I'll get it to you :])

I'm still a little unsure of this one since I don't read a lot of paranormal, but I did hear a lot of good things about it when it first came out.

I won this for part of the Standalone Challenge hosted by Icey Books and I Like These Books. I love a good creepy mystery and this one sounds perfect, so I'm pretty excited.

This was a middle grade that caught my eye on the shelf a while back, but I already had way too many library books out. Now I'm getting around to it :]

Team Human by Justine Larbalestier and Sarah Rees Brennan

I've pretty much sworn off vampires save for a few exceptions and this one happens to be one of them. I mean, how can I pass up a comedy vampire book?!

Chopsticks by Jessica Anthony and Rodrigo Corral 

I hadn't planned on reading this one until I'd seen a few good reviews of it so when I saw it on display at the library the other day I figured why not?

Then we have some ARCs from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt

I actually really enjoyed Croak, so I'm looking forward to the sequel :]

The Suburban Strange by Nathan Kotecki

I saw this one in their catalog and thought it sounded like an interesting mystery read, so I requested it.

I have the first book in the series and when I saw the second for 99 cents I snatched it up. I love this series and I'm glad to finally own the first two!

The Boyfriend List by E. Lockheart

I haven't read this series yet, but I've heard amazing things about it, so I when I got a 20% off coupon for B&N, I decided to go with this. And yes, I like the new covers better :P

Evil Genius by Catherine Jinks

I've been wanting to read this one for years now. I took it off the shelf at my old library a few times but never got around to it. After that, it never seemed to be on the shelf at all, so I snatched it up when it was available for 99 cents at Value Village.

The Clockwork Three by Matthew J. Kirby

This is another middle grade I spied on the shelves at my old library when I was volunteering there. One of my main jobs was to dust the MG shelves, so I added quite a few of them to my TBR :P

I decided to take the plunge and do my first vlog! The quality isn't the best or anything (I mean, it kind of looks like I have no eyes), but this is what you get from an iPod nano :P I'm terribly sorry I look like a grump, but I was seriously nervous. I'll definitely try harder to smile from now on. (Also, this was done in one take. Boo-yah.)
