TGIF {5}

TGIF is a weekly meme hosted by Ginger at GReads. Each week she poses a question and everyone is invited to join in and share their answers :]

This week's question:
Book Blogs That Make You Smile: Pick 5 book blogs you visit often & think others should, too.

I can't believe I have to pick only 5! There are so many blogs out there that I love and visit all the time, but sadly they simply do not fit into my allotted 5. Seriously though, all the blogs under my "Blogs I Heart" header are seriously awesome and you should check some of them out anyway :]

1) GReads
I most certainly could not do a TGIF post about blogs without Ginger being on it. This lady is seriously awesome. She is the creator of three super awesome features on her blog: Tune In Tuesday, the Blogger Behind the Book, and this very feature right here, TGIF! I love visiting her blog for the super awesome original content and her honest reviews.

2) Katie's Book Blog
This girl? Yeah, she's super awesome. I first found her through her TotallyBooksessed videos (she's Thursday). I loved listening to her and was like "oh, she's has a blog? *click click* ooooh, I like." Her humor and awesomeness just totally flow out of everything on her blog. Also, you should totally follow her on Twitter because her tweets rather enjoyable to read. Just sayin ;]

3) lisa is busy nerding
So, maybe they're out there, but I haven't come across too many gaming nerds in the book blogosphere and that's one thing that makes Lisa so stinkin awesome. I love her reviews, of course, but I really enjoy all her random posts of nerdiness. I don't even know what it mean sometimes and I still smile :]

4) Makeshift Bookmark
This is another super awesome lady I found when I first started blogging. First, isn't her name the bomb? I use random bookmarks all the time! Second, I absolutely love that she's not afraid to say what she thinks about a book. She doesn't just speak her mind though, she does it enthusiastically and with tons of CAPS and !!! I love that her reviews are fun to read and get you super excited about a book (or unexcited at times, I suppose).

5) 365 Days of Reading
One really big reason I love this blog is the reviews. Now, I know you're thinking "duh, that's why people read book blogs", but Lauren's reviews are just different than all the other reviews I've read out there. The writing in her reviews is just fantastic and I often find myself wishing I was that good with words! Also, I love the reason behind her blog (how many books can she read in a year). It seems like such a simple idea, but Lauren took it and turned it into a super awesome blog.
