TGIF {13}

TGIF is a weekly meme hosted by Ginger at GReads. Each week she poses a question and everyone is invited to join in and share their answers :]

This week's question:

Recommend It: Which book from the last 10 you've read would you recommend to a friend?

(Sorry if you saw this on Tuesday. I didn't realize until last night that I'd accidentally published it then.)

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle HodkinMy reviewI'm sure everyone and their brother/mother/sister told you to read this book, but it's seriously awesome. This book has it all: unreliable narrator, sexy British boy, awesome family, and crazy mess-with-your-head moments.

Getting Over Garrett Delaney by Abby McDonaldMy review will be posted on Monday :]This is a super cute contemporary where for once it's not about getting the guy. This time, it's all about getting over the guy. It's all about her finding herself and figuring out who she is without "the love of her life" without being all scary girl-power about it.

Drink, Slay, Love by Sarah Beth DurstMy reviewI am under no circumstances a vampire fan. When the Twilight craze wore off I was left with a slightly bitter taste in my mouth and I found that vampires didn't interest me much anymore. But this book. This book is seriously awesome!! I mean, it has unicorns in it! Does it really get better than that? Plus, the vampires are pretty cool too. I really liked Pearl and how she dealt with all the things being thrown at her.

  1. I am so far behind. I have GOT to read Mara Dyer. I have a copy, and it's just sitting on my bookself. I hate it when that happens.

    Great recommendations!
